Industry Canada delegated the examination and administration of the ROC-M certification program to Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons (CPS). The Vancouver Sailing Club is associated with CPS as an official Instruction and Examination partner.

Application for this certificate is prepared by the Vancouver Sailing Club following your successful  passing of the examination. The Certificates are issued by CPS. and are valid for life. There is no renewal requirement. No photograph of the holder is required, and there is no age or nationality restriction.
